Website www.truebridgecreative.com
These Website Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of www.truebridgecreative.com and its content, features, and public-facing resources. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written contract governing services provided by TrueBridge Creative.
1 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Russey Enterprises, LLC, doing business as TrueBridge Creative (“TrueBridge Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.truebridgecreative.com (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. In that case, “you” includes both you and that business or organization.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website. The Website is intended for businesses, organizations, and adults and is not directed to children under 13.
3 Website Purpose and Information
The Website provides general information about TrueBridge Creative and services that may include branding, graphic design, messaging, website design and development, search engine optimization, content development, thought leadership, and related creative and technology guidance. Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.
We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue any portion of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.
4 Inquiries and Professional Services
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, communicating with us, or receiving general information does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other professional relationship. We are not obligated to accept any project or engagement.
Professional services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or other contract accepted by the parties. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement controls with respect to that project. Prices, schedules, deliverables, revisions, ownership rights, payment obligations, and cancellation terms are established in the applicable project agreement.
5 No Guarantee of Business or Marketing Results
Creative, branding, website, content, SEO, and marketing services involve professional judgment and are affected by factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, we do not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, audience growth, leads, conversions, revenue, profitability, media coverage, market acceptance, or any other particular result.
Examples, portfolios, testimonials, case studies, estimates, projections, and prior outcomes do not promise or guarantee that another client or user will achieve the same or similar results.
6 Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, layouts, designs, software, code, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TrueBridge Creative and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. TrueBridge Creative, the TrueBridge Creative name, and associated logos and marks may not be used without prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of any Website content.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, display, or commercially exploit Website content, except for ordinary browser caching and printing a reasonable number of pages for internal reference
- Modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Website or its software
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices
- Use Website content to train, develop, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine-learning system
- Represent that Website content or TrueBridge Creative services are your own

8 Information You Submit
You represent that information you submit through the Website is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You retain ownership of your submitted information, but you authorize us and our service providers to receive, store, reproduce, and use it as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate an inquiry, operate the Website, provide requested services, protect our rights, and comply with law.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, proprietary, export-controlled, or legally privileged information through a general Website form unless we specifically request it or have agreed in writing to receive it securely. Submission of information does not create a duty of confidentiality beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
9 Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website, you acknowledge the data practices described in that policy.
10 Third Party Websites and Services
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social-media platforms, scheduling services, payment processors, analytics providers, or other services. Links and integrations are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or control. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRUEBRIDGE CREATIVE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING WEBSITE INFORMATION BEFORE RELYING ON IT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
12 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUSSEY ENTERPRISES, LLC, DOING BUSINESS AS TRUEBRIDGE CREATIVE, AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED. ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN PROJECT AGREEMENT.
13 Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrueBridge Creative and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
14 Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website without notice if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, interfered with Website operations, or engaged in unlawful or abusive conduct. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
15 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable right under applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
16 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised Last Updated date. Updated Terms apply to use of the Website occurring on or after the stated effective date. Material changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations arising before that date unless permitted by law and expressly agreed by the affected parties.
17 General Provisions
These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TrueBridge Creative concerning use of the Website, except that a separate written project agreement governs professional services. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction.
